The talented Canadian designer created one heck of a cozy guest house in the backyard of her bungalow in Kelowna, B.C., captured here by photographer <a href="http://janisnicolay.com/" target="_blank">Janis Nicolay</a>! The pretty blue console was the inspiration behind the fresh color palette and vintage aesthetic of the space. What we don't even see are the modern touches–tucked inside the built-in closet is a mini fridge, coffee machine and TV! Jillian definitely knows how to pamper her guests! What I love most though? The <a href="http://quadrillefabrics.com/chinaseas.html" target="_blank">China Seas Conga Line</a> pillows! The light and airy blue paint color throughout (Salt Water 8591W from Frazee) gives the illusion of sky and allows the cheery hues and crisp white furniture to pop! The turquoise and lime bedroom is my absolute favorite, definitely a room I'd love to call my own! The canopy bed is fabulous and I just love the cozy sitting area...the blue spindle chairs are so fun! One of my favorite things about our vacation was spending time by the Puget Sound...it was so beautiful! Because of that I have more than appreciation for this South Puget Sound home designed by <a href="http://bcandj.com/" target="_blank">BC&J Architects</a>, I wish it were mine! With all of the turquoise and blue accents, I'd feel right at home! Love the sense of whimsy throughout, especially from the railing made of paddles and the colorful sea glass chandelier. Whether it's to work, play, snack or simply relax, this stunning space (photographed here by <a href="http://nathanleducphotography.com/" target="_blank">Nathan Leduc</a>) has to be the center attraction of the community! What I love most (other than all the turquoise!) is the incredible artwork all created by Atlanta artists, purchased through the <a href="http://greggirbygallery.com/" target="_blank">Gregg Irby Gallery</a>.
