One of my dreams has always been to live in a loft just like this! When I spotted it on Desire to Inspire, all dolled up in my colors, it was a total "moment" between my monitor and me. Turns out this is a unit in The Stacks, a used-to-be textile mill in Atlanta. Back in January, they held a contest for local interior design students to create a livable design to showcase to the public. The students were given a $5,000 budget, as well as a client profile of a 33-year-old clothing boutique owner and her boyfriend. SCAD student Christine Hudson was the winner, and her design was implemented as a model unit that is now on display and available for purchase. What a cool contest, and very talented winner!
