This one obviously stuck out to me with its bold blue and gold color scheme. The shades of blue are all so heavenly! I especially love how the bed area is raised and separated by the curtains. Among all the discounted treasures was the most gorgeous turquoise velvet sofa. *gasp* I stared at it, sat on it, stared at it, sat on it....you get the picture. It was wasn't cheap (although a good price for R&B), but I was more worried about where I'd put the thing. Honestly though I wondered if a turquoise velvet sofa was really <span style="font-style: italic;">practical</span>. I finally concluded it probably wasn't and walked away sad and empty-handed. Today the answer is definitively YES, it's <span style="font-style: italic;">highly</span> <span style="font-style: italic;">practical</span>!
