Fantasea Campe - Seaside, Florida

I wish I could be back in Seaside! Fantasea Campe is a beautifully decorated cottage just a few houses down from the beach in the idyllic Florida community. The serene beachy hues and nautical touches give a nod to the coastal setting, but would look just as lovely in any landlocked locale! I wish I knew the paint colors that were used, but I'm getting a strong Sherwin-Williams 'Sea Salt’ vibe! Love how they even painted the stair risers! The entire home feels so comfortable and relaxing, but the upstairs master retreat is particularly inviting. And oh how I'd love to hang out in that tower! What a great view of the colorful town and the gulf in the distance! See more photos and get rental info here!

For a look at more of the fantastic homes of Seaside, see my post here! Can't believe it's almost been two years since we were there!

Collins Interiors

I can't even fathom having a view like that! Interior designer Cynthia Collins of the Dallas-based firm Collins Interiors and Cronk Duch Architecture made sure the jaw-dropping ocean view took center stage in this incredible Ponte Vedra, Florida home. It's light and bright, filled with great texture and fun pops of color–including beautiful splashes of blue to complement the picturesque surroundings! The architectural details in the home really blew me away...love those ceilings so much! There's a lot left to see...finish your tour with more photos by Carlos Domenech right over here!

I also promised you guys some pics of Wesley's 2nd birthday! We had a small get together, but I made sure to make his day special by incorporating his favorite things: cars and trucks! A few of my favorite elements were the truck cupcake carrier centerpiece (which he LOVED and is still playing with), the cupcakes (that I made myself–I was so proud) and the adorable and delicious cookies (which I splurged on since I made the cupcakes!). Here are some photos....

If you want to see his 1st birthday party, go here!

Of course I had to snap a chair pic. He's grown so much since last year! (Click to enlarge.)

Have a great weekend everyone! Don't forget to enter the giveaway for the set of Plush Pumpkins!! :)

Bee's Knees Design

This gracious guest bedroom designed by Mary Maloney and Carol Mokler of Bee's Knees Design out of Hopkinton, Massachusetts photographed here by Kyle Caldwell is filled with charm! The designing duo believe that old is often better than new and tend to gravitate towards old-fashioned things with a modern spin. Love how they did just that with the cheery armoire and blue four poster bed! The pretty Thibaut wallpaper and fabric add such a unique, whimsical touch! (And extras make great artwork too!) I know you'll enjoy seeing more work from Bee's Knees Design, go here to check it out!

Polhemus Savery DaSilva Architects Builders

Not only is the outside of this home picture perfect (and in the most idyllic Cape Cod setting!), the blue-infused interior spaces are beautiful too! I knew right when I saw it that it had to be from Polhemus Savery DaSilva Architects Builders, and I was right, they designed and built the incredible home! I love those turquoise board shutters with the starfish cutouts SO much! (They're painted Benjamin Moore Hazy Blue.) And the backyard is heaven!! The striped chaises, fire pit and turquoise chairs, swimming pool...I want it all! You can read all about Paradise Cove (just click on project details) and finish your tour with more photos by Brian Vanden Brink right over here!
