Minty House

How darling is this?! The delightful kitchen belongs to the owner of Minty House, a gorgeous Polish blog and online shop filled with pretty pastel imports from Scandinavia and Denmark! The KitchenAid mixer might be my favorite "accessory" here–we have the same one and LOVE it! The shelves are great too though, what a perfect way to show off the cute collection of dinnerware! She's actually changed things up a little since these photos were taken, see the update here! But definitely keep your eye on her blog, it's one of my favorites for eye candy!

You guys have to come back tomorrow for an exciting day on the blog! I'm thrilled (and super nervous!) to be participating in the next round of the One Room Challenge, the super inspiring 6-week room makeover event hosted by Linda of Calling it Home! I can't wait to share with you the space I'll be decorating! And if you have a blog and want to join in, go here more info!

Charmean Neithart Interiors

So many incredible details to take in! This Classic Spanish home designed by Pasadena, California interior designer Charmean Neithart and photographed by Erika Bierman was a complete re-model, with a flawless blend of old and new. Take the unique molding on the hood in the kitchen for example...the architectural artifact was an early 20th century carved beam! Such a brilliant idea to repurpose it on the hood! And how smart is the dog-washing station?? Our bulldog would get a lot of use out of that! There's lots more to see, so go here to finish your tour of this gorgeous home!

Jennifer Davis Interior Design

There is so much dimension and interest in this living room and entryway by Jennifer Davis Interior Design, photographed beautifully by Zeke Ruelas, I love it! The Beverly Hills designer cleverly mixed patterns and colors to create such a bright and fresh space that to me feels both invigorating and relaxing at the same time! Of course I'm totally drooling over that gorgeous grasscloth! And all of that California sun pouring in is glorious too! For more on this breezy space, visit Jen's Design Blog–you can even purchase many of the accessories seen above!

Happy weekend everyone! :)

71 Sunflower - WaterColor, Florida

I wish we could all take a field trip to WaterColor, Florida and go on a big home tour! I'd love to step inside 71 Sunflower, doesn't it look amazing?! Mallory of Charming in Charlotte actually stayed in the gorgeous home last week while on vacation and LOVED it! The open concept first floor would be awesome for a big gathering, while all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and even a bunk room provide the perfect private escape for everyone! I adore all of the porches and pool too! You really have to see Mallory's photos, so go here for those next! And for rental info, check out VRBO!

Kandrac & Kole Interior Designs, Inc.

Who doesn't love a white kitchen with pops of turquoise?! Atlanta-based Kandrac & Kole Interior Designs, Inc. was the mastermind behind this pretty space, photographed here by Emily Jenkins Followill! In addition to having a clean feel with pops of color, the clients wanted to renovate their kitchen to create additional storage and better function for their young family. It's definitely dream kitchen status now! So much to love but the barstools with a fabulous outdoor fabric for easy clean up are my favorite! See more great designs from Joann and Kelly on their website and blog!

Lastly, a heartfelt thank you for all of your kind birthday wishes yesterday! I had a wonderful day celebrating! :)
