The palettes are so peaceful and calming. I'm not usually a big fan of upholstered headboards, but these I'm loving, especially in the first image with the matching comfy sofa. The room was designed by Toronto based interior designer <a href="http://www.sarahrichardsondesign.com/" target="_blank">Sarah Richardson</a>. (You must check out her site, it's a ton of fun to go through!) I like the description of the room off her <a href="http://www.sarahrichardsondesign.com/portfolio/project/west-coast-classic" target="_blank">portfolio</a>: <span style="font-style: italic;">A study in neutral backdrops brought to life with bold injections of bright shades drawn from the surrounding ocean views.
